Really a typical friday today; no energy at work the hole day. After lunch I bought a can of red bull; but nothing happens. Tomorrow I celebrate my 47th birthday; there will be no party.

In the evening I’m always tired. Today I wanted to play saxophone; but I left the mouthpiece at home. I had to play drums. I hope better times will come.
