It’s a long time since my last entry. I bought a new saxphone; a soprano. Now I try to play like Kenny G; but it’s a long way to the top 
My radiostation is running again; but only in my appartement. I created two channels; a Pop/Soul/Jazz- and a Rock/Punk/Metal-channel. Sounds good! I don’t know when I will go live; the website I want to create using Microsoft SharePoint Services. The weather is not absolutely fine; a lot of rain but cause of that it is not too hot.

Posted in Webradio with tags Webradio on April 14, 2008 by sportsmanI will stop my webradio station at the end of this month. I will have a look how I will go on. If you create a plattform and use webradio as medium it can work. A commercial webradio itself doesn’t make much sense.
A long time

I joined the team of the biggest webradio in switzerland, swissgroove, but I left after two month, cause the organisation was to chaotic for me. My own webradio I will close at the end of this month and think about how I will go on.

My webradio runs not very successfull at the moment: I changed the format from MP3 to AAC+ (Advanced Audio Coding) and reduced the bandwith from 128 to 64 kBps. Cause of that I lost a lot of listeners; now I changed back to 128 kBps MP3.
In the meantime I bought a new saxophon; really sexy! It’s part of the new reference series; a tribute to Charlie Parker. In addition I got a metallic mouthpiece from Dukoff; it sounds absolutely great. At the moment I’am testing new reeds. It’s great to play such an instrument!
The movies
Posted in Movie, Webradio on August 23, 2007 by sportsmanIt’s a long time as I started this. But I’am a busy man and a blog has not the highest priority. Nothing works really fine at the moment. It looks a bit like the actual weather: not as warm and sunny as it should be.
My Webradio is not very popular: the Jazz Channel has about 10 listeners, the Crazy Surprise Mix, as expected only between 0 and 4.
Yesterday I saw the new Tarantino movie Death Proof; real cool Tarantino trash. Today started Planet Terror a zombie movie. In the states these movies where shown together as Grindhouse; two movies for one.
